Wailea Beach Villas
Wailea, Maui, Hawaii
DCK constructed 98 luxury villas and penthouse residences on a sloping, multi-level, ten-acre oceanfront site. The project included a foundation, concrete, rough, and finished carpentry work.
Katella Grand
Anaheim, California
The four-story, 399-unit apartment project is wrapped around a six-level parking structure and features one, two, and three-bedroom units. This is a repeat client for dck and the award of this project is a direct result of excellent customer service.
West Sixth
Tempe, Arizona
Tower 1 is 22 stories and provides 176 luxury apartments, 11 townhomes, and retail space on the first floor. Tower 2 features 182 apartments within 30 stories. Despite a three-month delay, the DCK team was able to meet a very aggressive schedule.
SkyWater at Town Lake
Tempe, Arizona
DCK provided constructability, design, and hard cost to develop a concept that would meet the owner’s budget. As preconstruction progressed, DCK continued to provide budgetary, design, and value engineering options.
Jackson Towers
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
DCK completed the luxury condominium once the original contractor was unable to provide the required bonding. Condos range from one to three bedrooms featuring wrap-around terraces with glass doors and kitchens with European cabinetry and granite countertops.
The Grand at Diamond Beach
Wildwood, New Jersey
This 12-story building has 125 upscale condominium units with one, two, and three-bedroom units utilizing an open floor plan concept. The 465,000-square-foot building provides residents with an exercise area, steam room, game room, and two community rooms, along with a full-size pool.
Paseo Las Palmas
Dorado, Puerto Rico
The housing development included 38 high-end homes, consisting of concrete and stucco construction. All housing models were two stories with three bedrooms and a “flex room,” which could be used as a second master suite.
Brighton Country Club
Dorado, Puerto Rico
The country club consists of 146 three and four-bedroom upscale townhouse units with balconies, patios, and roof terraces. The homes contain plastered columns and Spanish tile roofs with cast-in-place concrete. Interior options include marble floors, kitchen upgrades, and a master bath.
