Spanning over 30 years, our construction accomplishments include the first LEED-certified Child Development Center built at NAS Oceania to the massive Hawaii Regional Security Operations Center, both of which earned Outstanding CCASS evaluations.

Schofield Whole Barracks Renewal

Wahiawa, Hawaii

The new construction involved the building of two five-story barracks with 190 two-bedroom units and four two-story company operations facilities. Two historic building interiors were renovated to accommodate company operations and battalion headquarters. The project included extensive site work and structural retrofit for seismic events.

 

Schofield South Range

Oahu, Hawaii

The scope of construction work for the 22 structures consisted of the placement of more than 238,000 blocks of CMU walls, 6,000 CY of slab-on-grade, and over 400 tons of structural steel on the roofs.

 

Hawaii Regional Security Operations Center

Wahiawa, Hawaii

This highly complex project included two main buildings; a 240,000 SF Operations and Data Center and a 7,000 SF Visitor Control Center. Completed two months ahead of schedule, the project also included 5,000 tons of structural steel, four 25,000-gallon fuel tanks, and 1.8 miles of access road.

 

U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Headquarters

Honolulu, Hawaii

The 272,000 SF six-story building includes administrative areas, a telecommunications center, operations control, training rooms, a private dining room, a food prep area, a cafeteria, and a video and teleconferencing center. The building exterior consists of precast topped with concrete tile roofing.

 

MCAS Terminal Operations and AFRS Complex

Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii

This LEED Silver-certified facility includes an operations building incorporating all FAA, TSA, and ATFP requirements for security and protocol and an Air Fire and Rescue Station (AFRS). Also includes over 348,000 SF of aircraft PCC paving for taxiways and aprons. Subsequently, dck implemented a solar panel solution on site.

 

San Francisco Federal Building

San Francisco, California

dck constructed a new 600,000 SF Federal Office Complex in downtown San Francisco. Project consisted of two structures separated by a sunscreen-covered public plaza and a 3,000 SF cafeteria. This building is a LEED-Silver project.

 

Maxine Waters Employment Preparation Center

Los Angeles, California

This 25,000 SF, three-building industrial training complex provides welding, construction, and automotive training classrooms and workshops for adult education programs.

 

Fairplex Trade and Conference Center

Pomona, California

The 46,000 SF LEED Silver-certified venue can serve 2,000 guests and includes a large ballroom, conference rooms, a cafe, and a business center.

 

MCAS Yuma Maintenance Hangars

Yuma, Arizona

The first contract was a design-bid-build task order to construct two new aircraft maintenance hangars totaling 110,000 SF. The second contract was the construction of a 49,500 SF communications building, communications shelter, and upgrade utilities and infrastructure associated with the operations to accommodate the first squadron of F-35B Lighting II Joint Strike Fighters.

 

King Charles Fitness Center

Santa Rita, Guam

The interior improvements include a training room, group exercise, dance studio, family fitness center, and multiple gymnasiums. Exterior improvements include a new 13,500 SF pool and a six-lane running track. The Naval Base project received LEED Silver certification from USGBC.

 

Joint Region Marianas

Nimitz Hill, Guam

Design-build services on a building originally constructed in 1958 and renovated it into a modern, state-of-the-art administrative and headquarters facility. dck self-performed 77% of this project and it was the first LEED Silver-certified military building in Guam.

 

Munitions Storage Igloos

Andersen AFB, Guam

dck performed this design-build contract to construct 12 box-type Hayman Igloos that support the forward positioning of munitions that have become the new prototype standard for future munitions.
