Vie L’Ven Luxury Resort and Residences - Indigo Bay, Sint Maarten
Six Senses Resort - Cayo Rosario, Belize
Barbuda Ocean Club - Antigua and Barbuda, West Indies
Rosewood Little Dix Bay - Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands
Renovation of 90 keys and conversion to 78 keys, construction of new hotel villas, reconfiguring villas into suites, demolition, and rebuilding of The Beach Grille, renovation of two restaurants and infrastructure.
The Westin St. John Resort and Villas - St. John, US Virgin Islands
Extensive renovations to six poolside buildings, restaurants, fitness center, and pool area, as well as sanitary sewer work.
Four Seasons Resort Nevis - Charlestown, St. Kitts & Nevis
Extensive renovations to the five-star resort’s 196 luxury keys (179 guest rooms and 17 suites), the great house and lobby, food and beverage outlets, pool, and other amenities.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla - Anguilla, British West Indies
The project included a 100-room hotel, condominiums, townhouses, residential villas, three pools, three restaurants, a reverse osmosis facility, and a water treatment plant. Site work included excavation, site utilities, infrastructure, retaining walls, and an underground water cistern to support the resort complex.
The Ritz Carlton St. Thomas - St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
We performed a hurricane renovation of suites, totaling 180 keys in six buildings. The project included repairs to the buildings’ outer façades, balconies, exterior corridors, roof and MEP infrastructure repairs. Additional concurrent project phases will include renovation to the lobby, meeting spaces, and restaurant.
Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort - Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
DCK repaired and renovated the entire interior and exterior of the 375-room luxury resort. We ensured a fast turnaround to the damaged resort caused by Hurricane Odile which struck in September 2014.
Atlantis Bahamas - Paradise Island, The Bahamas
Complete renovations to the Royal Towers and bridge. Each tower has 23 floors, including a 5,000 SF suite.
Hilton Grand Vacation Club Maui Bay Villas - Kihei, Maui, Hawaii
New construction of 12 timeshare buildings consisting of a total of 388 keys; a mixture of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-story wood-framed buildings; various amenities including a 2-story clubhouse with a super pool, fitness center, timeshare sales center, restaurant, and 1-story beach club.
Bardessono Hotel and Spa - Yountville, California
Construction of the new Presidential Villas, including private entertainment suites that cater to exclusive clientele with elegant living, dining, and bedroom spaces. The high-end amenities included private courtyards, outdoor spas, water features, and fireplaces.
Las Casitas Village - Fajardo, Puerto Rico
DCK performed renovations, recovery, and construction services for damages caused by Hurricane George to ninety (90) townhouses ranging in size from 800 square feet to 2,000 square feet.
